Vessel Registration

VESSEL REGISTRATION FOR ALL BOATS, KAYAKS, JET SKIS, SUPS ARE DUE.

BLUE AND RED DECALS ARE EXPIRED. If you have a blue or red decal please re-register your vessel asap. Submit the vessel registration form along with the required supporting documents outlined in the form. 

 

MEMBER-ONLY vessels must be registered and bearing a current club decal to be permitted use on club premises. 

  • Boats

  • Kayaks

  • Jet Skis

  • Paddleboards  

 

Random inspections may be conducted to ensure that all watercrafts are owned and registered to club members.

Members that do not comply with the vessel registration and club decal requirement will be denied access to the club.

Co-ownership:

  • Members can have co-ownership and their name must be registered and displayed on the boat registration identification card.

  • The insurance policy should be in the members name

    • Additional interest: Co-owner and th Alii Shores Yacht Club 

  • Co-owners who are not club members must be accompanied on club premises by a member.

  • Co-owners are not allowed to use a FOB to access the club without the member.

Vessel Registration Requirements:

  1. Comply with all state laws. Those laws require that each operator of a vessel of 10 horsepower or more have completed an approved state Boating Safety course

Liability Insurance Requirements:

  1. Proof of liability insurance coverage for $300,000 general public liability

  2. List "Alii Shores Yacht Club, 46-171 Yacht Club Street, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744" as an "additional interest"

Wheel Chocks:

  1. Rubber or other composite chocks that are specifically designed for this purpose

​

Register your vessel - complete and submit the following:

  1. VESSEL REGISTRATION FORM

  2. Proof of ownership (Current HA Registration Card)

  3. Proof of ownership (Bill of Sale)

  4. Proof of general liability insurance (see: liability insurance requirements above)

  5. Proof of safe boating certification (see: comply with all state laws above)

  6. Check for $10.00 payable to ASYC for the decal
